BELOGORYE Confectionery Factory is a Russian producer of pastry confectionery products with a great history and modern approach to quality. We make products combining both traditions and technologies and remaining the choice of thousands of buyers.

A wide range for adult and young gourmets: from classic cookies to crackers and waffles of various flavors and formats.

7 production lines with a capacity of 41,000 tons per year ensures stable volumes and quality.

Quality control

The products are made according to GOST, do not contain GMOs and artificial coloring agents. Each batch complies with ISO 22000 (HACCP) standards

BELOGORYE Confectionery Factory is one of the oldest factories of the Belgorod region working since 1943. Today we are a modern production facility releasing more than 120 types of confectionery products.

As the number of employees increases, the product range expands as well: the factory starts making confectionery products in addition to bread. Launch of new workshops and a modern oven allows to significantly increase the production capacity and ensure stable manufacturing process.

In 2006, the Belgorod Food Factory changes its name to BELOGORYE Confectionery Factory.

The BELOGORYE factory is actively growing by modifying equipment and implementing new technologies. Today, our factory is a modern enterprise with stable production, high quality of product and great history.

In 2026, the factory changed its name to “BELOGORYE” Confectionery Factory named after Sergey Ivanovich Sirotenko” Joint-Stock Company

A small enterprise is founded in the redeemed Belgorod. The factory provides the town with bread under severe conditions and helps to restore peaceful life.

Growth and Stability

In 1998 Sergey Sirotenko, a young and talented specialist, became the head of the Belgorod Food Factory. The production facility went a significant development way under his leadership. From a small city food factory to a large enterprise of national significance. His initiatives and professional qualities allowed the company's products to receive wide recognition and retain its popularity both in Russia and abroad. For 38 years Mr. Sirotenko was working at the factory and left a large footprint in the history of the company and in the hearts of his colleagues and partners.
